I think newborn photography is my favorite, especially when it's my own little baby! I finally caught Katie when she was asleep for a few minutes this afternoon. She didn't stay asleep for more than a few minutes once I started posing her, but long enough to get some beautiful shots. I know these next two shots are similar, but I love them both and can't decide which one I like better.

Of the two pictures you couldn't decide which was your favorite, my favorite is the second one. I love how scrunchy she looks, very natural looking. I love them all. You are hired for when I have our next baby!

What a beautiful baby!! And how fun to take all those darling pictures. I also love the purple--although I am always partial to purple. :-) I am glad to see you are having so much fun with your new little one.

She is exquisite. You've captured the perfect beauty of a newborn. Of course, it helps that she is such a pretty baby and add to that that you are a talented photographer and you are pretty much guaranteed amazing photos.

I have been following your pregnancy and delivery....what a beautiful account you told!

I am in awe of your 10 person family. Hope to have something big of my own too. We have three boys...hoping to get prego soon!
