Twins

Allison came to me the other day with a great idea: "Mommy, how 'bout Eliza doesn't have a birthday this year and Harmony does and then they can be twins just like me and Sarah!"

That is a REALLY cute thing for her to say! It's darling that in her innocence, she simply equates having and not having birthdays with possessing age.

That's a pretty big math problem for a 5 year old! I would think so anyway! Kids say such cute thing!

Aw that is so sweet! My two oldest are Irish twins and they used to constantly ask me why I wouldn't let them be proper twins... :)
I wish I could choose not to have a birthday for a few years. :-) And I love your NY pictures. Lillian has been blessed to be oldest. She has had some nice trips with her dad.

I LOVE that idea! :)
What a cutie! My twins are sort of just starting to understand what it means to be a twin. They know the line about growing together in mommy's tummy and being born on the same day, etc.... but there is another set of twins in their Kindergarten class that dress exactly alike every single day. Nate & Drew sometimes ask if they can 'be twins today' (meaning, they would like to dress in the same clothes). It cracks me up!
